"The task of the forensic expert on the basis of the order of the court, the prosecution, the police and other authorities determined by the provision of law (hereinafter called: authority) or by virtue of a commission, is to help the clarification of the facts of the case and the settlement of the special issue with an expert report prepared using the results of science and technical development."
